I am accepting new clients. I have 15+ years of experience primarily working with children, families, and young adults treating Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Developmental Disabilities, Trauma, Substance Abuse, Addictions, and Attachment disorders. I currently am Licensed in RI and MA. I use a strength based, person centered approach and aim for my clients to feel heard, understood, and valued. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate approach using a variety of Evidence Based Practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy and Parent Coaching especially for early childhood (0-3) and individuals with disabilities. I also enjoy working with women dealing with post partum issues and women's health in general. Reaching out for help during difficult times can take great strength and vulnerability and I am grateful to be able to provide a service which helps individuals in achieving their personal goals and supports them to prioritize their overall wellbeing and relationships.
